🕐 Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

• We deliver across India.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Out-of-delivery areas: 7–10 business days

💸 Shipping Charges

• FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) available with an additional charge of ₹50.

🛑 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

• Delays may occur during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns, etc.).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will help track and resolve any issues.

📍Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking link.

• You can also track your order from your account dashboard on our website.

🛑 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect shipping address

• Customer not available during delivery

• Refusal to accept the package
  Then:

• We will contact you for re-shipment.

• Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
